Getting started
Click "Generator" in the nav. Fill in your business details, client info, and line items. The preview updates in real time. Hit "Download PDF" when you're happy with the result.
Tips
- Set your currency before adding items
- Use the notes field for payment terms and bank details
- Save a draft before downloading to keep your progress
GST modes
CGST + SGST - for intra-state supplies (buyer and seller in the same state). The tax percentage is split equally between the two.
IGST - for inter-state supplies or exports. The full tax percentage goes to IGST.
No GST - for non-GST invoices or when you're below the registration threshold.
This is not accounting advice. Verify your GST obligations with a CA before filing.
Saved clients
Click "Save client" to store a client's name and address in your browser's IndexedDB. Free plan saves up to 3 clients. Pro removes the limit and adds draft sync across devices.
Templates
Templates pre-fill the generator with typical line items and tax settings for your profession. Browse from the nav or visit /templates.
Privacy
The generator is pure client-side JavaScript. No data is sent to any server. Your invoices are as private as your device. Drafts are stored in IndexedDB on your machine only.
